If you already have a black shirt, pants, and shoes, you're halfway through making this costume. After that you'll just need some craft supplies, tulle fabrics, and some black makeup.
For this costume you are going to make five tutus. One for the waist, one for each wrist and one for each ankle. Measure the wearer's wrist, ankle, and waist to obtain measurements for the elastic, using the 1" and 1/2" elastic for the wrists and ankles.
Subtract one inch from the waist measurement, then cut the elastic to that length. For the wrists and ankles, subtract 1/2" from each measurement and cut. Repeat the same process for the ankles. Sew the ends of the ankle and wrist cuffs with a sewing machine or with a needle and thread.
For the anklets and wristbands, cut a stack of tulle pieces that are 5 to 6 inches long. For the waist tutu, cut the pieces of tulle 10 to 12 inches long.
Tie the tool strips on the elastic with double knots. Tie them tightly around the entire circumference of each band.
Fluff until needed. Repeat this same process on each of your elastics.
Cut a pipe cleaner in half and wrap it around the headband to create the little triangle ears.
Pair it with a black shirt, black pants (or leggings), black shoes. Draw a nose and whiskers with an eyeliner pencil for that extra touch.
