Halloween:How To Make Cobwebs With Trash Bags (Quick And Easy).

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays of the year!

First of all, it's a great excuse to eat tons of candy.

But above all, I love turning the house into a scary place.

The more big hairy spiders the better.

The problem is that buying Halloween decorations is not cheap!

Luckily, you can make super cobwebs to decorate the house without spending a penny!

All you need is trash bags! Look, it's easy and quick to do:

They really look so cool on a window, especially if you add some little plastic spiders next to them.

Since you can make 2 cobwebs in one trash bag, you will only need one or two trash bags to complete this project.

What you need

- 2 garbage bags

- 1 golden marker

- masking tape

- a pair of scissors

How to

1. Cut both sides and the bottom of the garbage bag to make a rectangle. Hold the two rectangles on top of each other so you can cut both at once.

2. Fold the two rectangles to make triangles and cut the excess to obtain a perfect square.

3. Fold the plastic sheets to make a triangle, then fold again into another smaller triangle.

4. Now fold the plastic sheets again to get a cone. You will have excess plastic at the bottom.

5. Put tape on the open side of the bag. Choose easy-to-remove tape like masking tape.

6. Cut the excess plastic at the bottom of the cone into a curved shape that will resemble the outer edges of the spider's web.

7. Use a gold permanent marker to draw the design shown below.

Basically, you draw long, thick, slightly curved rectangles to match the half-moon shape of the bottom of the plastic bag.

8. Cut out your marks then remove the scraps.

9. Unfold the bags and pull them apart to reveal two cobwebs.

Result

There you go, your cobwebs made in garbage bags are already ready :-)

Easy, quick and awesome for Halloween, right?

Hang them on the wall or on a window with clear tape.

I can tell you that your children and the whole family will love it!

Additional advice

- Make spider webs of different sizes to hang them together on the wall or on a window.

- Draw two or three spiders with markers or card stock and place them on the webs.

- If possible, I recommend taking thin bags with a grainy texture. Shiny bags tend to slip really too much when cut.
