Fruit trees are used to seeing pruning shears pass through their branches, but not always at the right time. When is the size?

I find that healing happens more quickly in the spring, when the sap rises. In addition, a branch cut in autumn is an open door to bacteria and viruses. There is also a loss of water through pruning wounds.
In short, I prune in February and March (I'm in the south). And I also prune green, between May and July.
It's the same thing with cleaning the beds. I let the winter pass before cutting the stubble and dry plants. It's a shelter for all the helpers in the garden, and I really want to see them again in the spring!
So no rush.
