Question from a blogger:When are the fruit trees pruned?
February is a good month for pruning pome fruit trees and for small fruits (currants, blackcurrants, etc.). However, avoid pruning when it freezes. There is nothing urgent, we are not at the end of March yet!
For peach and apricot trees, waiting for flowering is easier when you're not used to it
For cherry and plum trees, only the wood of the year is pruned and it is best to prune green, just after picking.
The olive trees will wait April-May
If you are unfamiliar with pruning, you can practice bending the branches outside the crown. You will see that the result can be surprisingly successful.
