Fold the crepe paper to a rectangle about 4" x 5".

Draw a large petal shape in the center of the crepe paper. Cut to make multiple petals from folded paper.

Fold the flower stem in half. Thread the yarn through the folded stem and fold up. Squeeze the stem several times to secure the yarn.

Attach the crumpled petals to the stem and tape them down with floral tape. Repeat 3 times for a total of 8 petals.

Shake the petals and twist the stem of the wire around the magnolia branch. Repeat on additional magnolia branches, attaching all branches with floral wire to form a garland of desired length.
