Place the template on top of the foam skulls. Using craft paint (a dry brush technique is always best when using the stencil) apply the design to the skills. Let the templates dry completely.
Place the foam crown on the serape and roughly measure the cut to fit around the crown.
Cut the serape into triangles so it will easily wrap around the inside of the wreath. Don't worry if this step looks messy because it won't be visible when the wreath is hung.
Using a hot glue gun, add flowers, skulls, and small tulle clusters to the crown.
Use hot glue to add ribbon, trim, and twine in various colors and lengths to the bottom of the wreath.
