Want to get the smell of fresh paint out of your house?
It's true that it's unpleasant, these smells, especially if it's in a room like the bedroom.
Fortunately, there is a trick to eliminate these odors.
The trick is to add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the paint pot:
1. Before you start painting, simply add 1 tablespoon of vanilla extract to the paint pot.
2. The quantity to respect is to put 1 tablespoon for 3 to 4 liters of paint.
There you go, your whole house will smell like vanilla :-)
This trick does not change the color of the paint in any way, but will hide bad paint odors.

We advise you to use paints with a VOC class of A+ . Look on the can of paint, it's indicated on it.

Personally, I recently repainted my little apartment and used natural paint from Tollens.
OK it's not cheap, but I think it was worth it not to breathe toxic products, especially in the bedroom... It's up to you.
