For headaches, stuffy noses and even nervousness, inhalers are effective.
In winter, a nasal inhaler is very useful to us.
Better breathing, bronchial care, anti-cold. The benefits are many.
Don't have an inhaler at home? No need to buy one.
I made one myself with a simple homeopathic tube. Here's how to heal while recycling!
1. Disassemble the homeopathic tube.
2. Soak a cotton ball with 3 drops of essential oils of lavender, eucalyptus, or peppermint according to your desires or your needs (asthma, colds, allergies, prevention).
3. Put it in the tube.
4. Close the tube.
There you go, your inhaler is ready :-)
Simple, practical and effective!
When your inhaler no longer smells anything, hop change your cotton!
As for me, I change it every 3 or 4 days, but I use it a lot!
Some homeopathic tubes are easily disassembled. Others don't. So you have to try.
A nasal stick inhaler in pharmacies will cost you at least 3 €. For more sophisticated inhalers, it can go up to €25.
With this homemade production, the recycling of a homeo tube, a cotton ball and 3 drops of essential oils will not cost more than 70 cts for the winter. There are no small savings.
Even €3 savings on a winter has its importance.
