Fortunately, there is a simple trick to save gas on a daily basis.
As soon as the water boils, reduce the heat as much as possible to prevent the flames from sticking out over the sides of the pan.
Why ? Because otherwise you burn gas for nothing!
1. Put some water in a pan.
2. Place the pan on the fire.
3. When it boils, lower the intensity of the gas as much as possible while making sure to keep it boiling.
The flames should not extend beyond the sides of the pan.
There you go, you will now save gas on a daily basis :-)
