In winter, we consume 20 to 30% more heating than our daily needs.

The aluminum foil, placed behind the radiator, will repel the heat.
In this way, the heat will be directed towards the center of the room instead of spreading on the walls. Elementary my dear Watson!
To properly install your aluminum foil, my advice is to stick double-sided tape on the foil and slip it into the gap between the radiator and the wall.
In this way, the heat will be repelled effectively and the aesthetic appearance of your magnificent interior remains intact!
Be careful, however, if your house or apartment has rather damp walls.
In this case, this trick is not recommended, because the heat that reaches your walls is very useful for you to fight this humidity.

An important detail: this tip applies to cast iron radiators, not electric convectors and other radiators!
