Lay the fabric out on your work surface. Fold the fabric in half with the pretty sides out and tuck the double-sided fusible bonding band between the layers. Then iron them together to make a sturdy, two-sided piece of fabric.
Use a plastic triangle and rotary cutter to cut out the flags. If you don't have a rotary cutter, trace the shape with a fabric pen or pencil and then cut out the shapes with scissors. Use pink scissors if you want a scalloped edge on the flags.
When all the shapes are cut out, lay the tape or bias tape pretty side down and place the flags on one edge, overlapping them a half inch. Fold the ribbon in half the long way and line up the edges so only the tips of the flags are covered. Put them in their place.
Sew the entire length of the ribbon, including between the flags to maintain a straight line (Image 1). Enjoy your new two-sided fabric bunting streamer (Image 2).
