My wooden board, personally I can't live without it to cook.
Meat, onions, garlic, vegetables… I use it to cut everything.
The only problem is that it is difficult to clean. It's a real nest of germs.
By the way, did you notice? Often it gives off a bad smell. This is revealing...
Fortunately, my grandmother gave me a simple and economical trick to properly clean my wooden cutting board. Just use white vinegar.
1. Wash your cutting board with water and washing-up liquid.
2. Then scrub it with a brush and pure white vinegar.
3. Don't wipe it off:let the white vinegar air dry without rinsing.
There you go, your wooden cutting board is now perfectly clean :-)
Even bad odors are gone.
