The trick is to use rubbing alcohol on a microfiber cloth :
- household alcohol or 70% alcohol
- microfiber cloth
1. Shut down your computer.
2. Put some alcohol on the cloth.
3. Pass the cloth over the keyboard insisting on where there are stains.
4. Allow to air dry for two minutes.
And There you go ! Your computer keyboard is now completely cleaned and disinfected :-)

For convenience, I put the alcohol in a small spray bottle.
It's easier to apply to the cloth without soaking it.
Obviously, this cleaning is effective on a Mac as well as on a laptop or desktop PC.

Then, gently make circles with your microfiber cloth to clean it thoroughly.
