small lidded box
decoupage glue (mod podge)
photos on copy paper
scissors
paint brush or sponge
clear spray (optional)
1. Measure the box and cut a piece of paper to fit the top and each side. Tips: If the area has a metal tag holder, don't forget to trace around the area on the template.
2 Arrange the photos on paper as they will appear in the chart. Photocopy or print of scanned images..
3. Cut the copied/printed photos to fit the box.
4. Apply decoupage glue to the box and to the back of the paper.
5. Soft image in place by hand.
6. Apply glue on paper with a brush to seal. Tip: For added durability, allow the piece to dry completely before applying a clear spray to seal the finished project.
