2 cups pineapple chunks, frozen
2 bananas, peeled
1 cup of coconut water
1 cup ice, crushed
grated coconut, sweetened (optional)
Pineapple, quartered (optional)
To a blender, add pineapples, bananas, and coconut water and blend over high heat. Once smooth, add ice as needed and blend once more to your preferred consistency.
Fill glasses with smoothie and garnish with coconut and pineapple, if desired.
