Fish, I love it. I do all the sauces. But when I do it in a frying pan, I still have to face the facts:there are still odors.
Cooking Tuesday's steak in the smell of Monday's fish, very little for me. But instead of going without fish or buying overpriced products, I asked my grandmother for a tip!
And she gave me one... which I applied right away. I am delighted about it ! So, I'm sharing it right away with you, lucky ones.
I drink a lot of tea, so I had no trouble applying Grandma's tip. It's very simple:I grab my tea leaves still wet (or I keep them and moisten them) and I scrub my pan simply with.
I assure you that the tea absorbs fish smells amazingly.
And if you don't have tea on hand, you can use the little trick of Marseille soap with olive oil.
Did you know this trick to remove fish odors from your pan? If however, you apply others, tell me in the comments!
