- 1 plastic bottle of 1.5 liters
- 200 ml hot water
- 50g of sugar
- 1 g dry baker's yeast
- newsprint
1. Cut off the top of the bottle.
2. Mix 200ml of hot water and 50g of sugar in the bottle.
3. Leave the mixture to cool and add 1 g of baking powder (without mixing).
4. Turn over and fit the top of the bottle into the bottom part.
5. Wrap newspaper around the trap.
6. Put the trap in a dark, damp place, or another mosquito resting place.
There you go, your homemade mosquito trap is already ready to use :-)
