There you go, you have made your homemade laundry detergent with the Thermomix :-)
Easy, fast and economical, right?
Making your own Thermomix detergent is very simple and super economical!
And it is impossible to miss.
From the first attempt, your preparation is successful and ready to use.
In a few minutes, you will have an ecological and economical amount of detergent to wash your laundry for several months.
The good news ? Your homemade laundry smells great!
Your laundry is impeccable both for the white and for the colors and all this without using chemicals!
The price of this homemade detergent is really economical, because it's less than 1 € for 3 liters! Who says better?
If you make 20 washes with the 3-litre container, each wash costs you €0.025 (not including the price of water).
In my opinion, you can hardly do better.
You can use your homemade detergent, like your usual detergent !
Just shake the canister before each wash to mix the ingredients well.
Then pour 100ml of liquid into the machine where you normally put your laundry.
For this, you can completely fill the measuring cap of an old detergent bottle.
Also remember to add white vinegar to the drum as a fabric softener.
- When you add baking soda and soda crystals, it will foam.
But don't worry, it won't boil over as long as you add them gently to avoid the chemical reaction.
- If you are wondering if it is dangerous for your health to make this recipe or for the Thermomix.
The answer is simple:absolutely not! This recipe contains Marseille soap which is much milder than industrial detergents. As for bicarbonate, you know that it is a 100% natural product.
- Once your recipe is finished, remember to wash your Thermomix. To do this, put 1 liter and a half of water in the bowl and heat for 5 min at 100° at speed 3.
Empty and clean the walls with a sponge. Rinse well and repeat this operation again until the water remains clear without any foam.
- You can replace the Marseille soap with Marseille soap flakes, it works the same, but the recipe is less economical, because it is more expensive.
- In any case, know that it is important that Marseille soap or shavings do not contain glycerin.
Why ? Because it can clog the pipes of the washing machine. So be sure to check the ingredients on the packaging or in the description.
This Marseille soap, for example, does not contain any.
- If your detergent becomes too hard, remix it with the Thermomix, with a little boiling water.
- If it is too thick, add a little boiling water to dissolve the Marseille soap and have a smoother texture.
- To properly clean your Thermomix, use this easy method.
- If you have a Monsieur Cuisine Connect or a Companion, you can also use this recipe.
