Doing laundry at home is really easy.
I've been doing it for years and I love it.
It's both good for the planet and good for my wallet.
Because washing his clothes, and those of his children with his detergents full of chemicals, it was no longer possible.
But are these DIY detergents well suited for delicates and hand washing?
Well yes, and fortunately!
Here is my easy homemade detergent recipe for fragile laundry . Watch:
- 100 g of Marseille soap shavings
- 3 tablespoons baking soda
- 2 times a liter of water
- 2 liter empty bottle
- pan
Preparation: 2 mins - Cooking: 1 min - For 10 washes
1. In the pan, put a liter of water.
2. Heat until simmering.
3. Remove the pan from the heat.
4. Pour the soap and baking soda into the still hot water while mixing.
4. Leave to cool for at least an hour until the soap should be well diluted
5. Pour the mixture into the bottle.
6. Add the other liter of water and close the bottle.
7. Shake well.
And There you go ! Your special delicate laundry detergent and already ready :-)
Easy, fast and really natural, right?
Before each use, shake the bottle.
And put 2 tablespoons of detergent for hand washing, or about 200 ml in the washing machine.
This detergent is perfect for delicate laundry or baby laundry.
Also ideal for underwear, silk, wool or even dark lace.
The recipe respects white or colored laundry.
It is such a gentle blend that the fibers are not damaged, but are washed properly without risk of allergies.
No need to rinse more than a classic detergent.
And you can even take a bath with vinegar water to soften the fibers of the fabric if you want.
A bottle of this delicate laundry detergent costs just a few euros.
The savings are truly within reach.
Not to mention the fact that there is no spillage of harmful products in nature.
If the soap tends to thicken too much, or even congeal, add hot water to liquefy everything. Then shake well.
You can also make the recipe using liquid soap such as Marseille or Castile soap.
Feel free to lightly flavor the recipe if you wish.
With jasmine flowers, lavender or citrus peel.
This detergent can be kept for several months provided it is kept in a cool, dark place.
