Tennis Racket Saddle Swag Step 1a, cut felt template with scissors.
Using scissors, cut out collegiate type font letters from the paper to use as templates. Tip:the two letters are used for a layered shadow effect. When choosing the right sizes, it's best to stick with a size of 8 inches tall for the back letter and 7-1/2 inches tall for the front letter. This will create a properly proportioned shadow effect.
