Light the red candle and place it on top of the white pillar candle. Let the red wax from the lit candle drip onto the white pillar candle. Continue letting the wax drip and stack on top of the other drops of red wax. Let the red wax overlap as much as it likes until you have the desired amount of "blood drops".
