We were able to put this set together for about $20 worth of materials. We used it for a Halloween party, but it would work well at any children's party.
To dress up the hula hoops, wrap them in decorative washi tape. We used our party orange, fuchsia, and lime green.

Use masking tape to make a web. First use four long strips of tape to cut your circle into eight equal sections, like a pie.
Use three smaller pieces of duct tape to go between each of the wedges. There will be a total of 24 smaller pieces of tape to create your web.

Hang the fabrics from the trees and load the balls with cotton balls. There is no right or wrong way to play. The object of the game is to get as many spider eggs (cotton balls) trapped in the web as possible.
