It's okay to have giant photos of complete strangers on your gallery wall, as long as they're in costume. We created a fun gallery wall by combining some vintage and kitsch decor with collages of family photos and some thrift store portraits dressed in masks.
Look for portraits at your local thrift store. Try to find forward-facing portraits, this will make it easier to put on the mask.
Measure roughly the width of the faces in the portraits and cut the felt masks to size. This may take some trial and error to get the size and eye holes just right.
Give your masks cat eyes, rhinestones, stripes or polka dots. Cut your design from another sheet of craft felt and attach with craft glue. Let dry completely..
