You have this big piece of raw wood furniture in your house, and you don't know no what to do with it?
Or you want to repaint this small table, but buying a huge can of paint, it's not worth it...
And then you don't necessarily have the right brushes...
I too experienced all those little hassles of decorating that you would like to do yourself. Until I discovered THE solution. I deliver it to you.
Spray cans have absolutely every possible advantage.
They are cheap , they hold well on almost all supports , they can be covered easily, and they are ultra-simple to use .
Although they are often associated with tags, they are also very useful for decoration! A single can can be enough for several pieces of furniture (this obviously depends on the size of the piece of furniture), and is very easy to keep.
But above all, you can afford several colors without blowing your budget .
Only one drawback:it's less precise than paint.
A piece of advice, therefore:think about protecting the space around your furniture . For example, you can place boxes or tarpaulins around the furniture, which you will then throw away.
They will recover the paint chips instead of your walls or your carpet. If you ever get a stain, think about using this trick with some Sommières clay.
If you only want to paint part of your furniture, protect the rest with tape and newspaper (or at least the parts close to the area to be painted).
Don't forget to clean your furniture before , or even sand it (only if it's raw wood!).
Also know how to take advantage of the different positions of the bomb :the farther you place it, the more diffuse and fine the jet will be. If, on the contrary, you place it near your object, the jet will be much more precise, but much thicker, even flowing. So do a few tests on cardboard before .
Please note:the drying time is to less than 1h30 . After 1/2 hour, your paint will probably be dry to the touch, but it is not completely dry yet, so be patient.
And to get rid of the smell afterwards, here is another trick to discover.
