Where should you store your earrings so you can easily find them?
Not in a jewelry box!
By hijacking a cheese grater I may have found an amazing and aesthetic solution that will most certainly save you time, ladies!
Unless you keep their respective boxes, it seems very difficult to store earrings without misplacing them in jewelry boxes that often turn into a real black hole .
Obviously not affected by this problem, but appalled by the time it took my partner to prepare, so I found a solution that surprised and then seduced her.
Which cheese grater?
As far as I am concerned, I reused a bell-shaped grater which took up too much space and was no longer really useful since Emmentaler and Parmesan merchants had the decency to grate them themselves.
I then found four small pieces of curved metal for this one that will act as feet, and fixed them with metal to metal contact glue. on its widest base. This is the only tricky step .
Then taking care to ask my sweetheart (not really convinced) to select a color that she chose very pale green, I simply painted the grater, which, once dry, accommodates the earrings by their hook !
In case you don't have this particular grater, it is also possible to transform a classic flat cheese grater just as quickly.
After the color retouching step, just fix it to the wall using a simple nail by hanging it by the handle.
Don't panic if you don't have either of these two graters! There are so many possibilities:conical, curved...
Of course the reel rasps are excluded.
