Hello everyone,
After Véronique Jacquart a few months ago, we welcome Karine Bernasse with pleasure. , professional client of Scenolia and founder of Madecoenligne.
Madecoenligne is a 100% online architecture and interior design site. Interior decoration, makeover of a room or an apartment, advice on a VEFA plan (Sale in Future State of Completion ), decoration coaching, home staging, e-shopping support...
Karine Bernasse shares her experience here:
Product:0.60 cm vertical width, non-woven wallpaper
I had been thinking about it for so long that I called Scenolia to ask to test a non-woven membrane. No sooner said than done, and off you go Scenolia gets my order started. 8 days later I receive my coveted length.
I chose a vertical trompe-l'oeil representing a large glass roof with plants that you can guess through, a mix between the architecture of the Grand Palais and a botanical garden in short!
Well packaged, nothing to say.
On the other hand, be aware that a fairly strong smell emerges upon receipt and that it is the smell of printing ink. Just remember to air the roll for a few days in an unused room, a loggia or other before proceeding with the installation.
Even if you are new to the field of wallpapering, you will necessarily know how to get by! Two reasons for this:
Count about 10-15 minutes, application of the glue to the wall included if you choose the option to glue.
Judge for yourself with these before/after photos that allow you to fully appreciate the rendering in this dressing room.
Here the challenge was twofold:
Bets both won!
The rendering is really superb with good lighting to sublimate it.
So it's up to you!
@Karine
Thank you, it's always very interesting for us to have this type of feedback! And the result is superb, we confirm that the 2 bets are well won :-)

It is true that the inks can smell strongly when unpacking, as Karine points out.
Unlike a product that would have been stored before sending, and as we print "on demand" , the inks are still fresh when we package and send the package. The smell may seem all the stronger since Scenolia products are mostly large, or even very large formats, installed in rooms of reasonable size. It's a bit like having just painted your wall, you have to ventilate the room.
And to reassure everyone :-)
All our products have been tested in an independent laboratory and have obtained an A+ rating on the impact on air quality.
