You have certainly seen it on social networks but especially among florists, the mimosa floral becomes an element of decoration fully fledged. In addition to its sweet and powdery fragrance with accents of honey and vanilla, the yellow mimosa brings a touch of light cool and sunny inside you. Therefore, this winter plant fits just as well in an entrance hall, a living room as in a bedroom. Arrange it in a bouquet in a demijohn or simply in small touches, with a few branches hung on the wall like a plant wreath or under a transparent bell.
Like many other flowers, the yellow mimosa - from the mimosaceae family - requires maintenance . To preserve it well in a vase, it is advisable to crush the end of the stems using a hammer, after having cut them. If the branches are freshly picked you can place them in lukewarm water with sugar , with sachets of preservative to dilute. Also, the mimosa needs a lot of water, because it absorbs a lot. It will stay in shape if it is in a room below 20°C .
