Fill the jars 3/4 full with cheesecake batter. Put the jars in the oven in a gratin dish filled with water to cook them in a bain-marie. The water should reach 3/4 of the height of the pots. Let cook for 25 to 35 minutes. Leave to cool and put the coulis of your choice on the cake.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. The cheesecake will keep for up to 3 days.

This is a magical idea to illuminate a garden or a house. Fill a large mason jar with a solar or battery-powered string light. Here's a little touch of fantasy for your bedside table or on the steps of a garden staircase.
And even with a cushion to plant the needles on top! To do this:Separate the top of the cover and the thread. Place the lid on your fabric of choice and, using a pencil, draw a slightly wider circle around it. Use a glue gun and put some glue along the edge of the lid.
Then fold the fabric all the way around the lid, making slight creases. When you are 3/4 of the way through the lid, push some cotton wool or foam between the fabric and the lid. You can finish folding the fabric on the glue. Finally, apply hot glue inside the thread, replace the cover and press it down. Let dry. To help you, watch this tutorial.
