Until I decided to find unstoppable tips for storing my shoes.
Now my shoes are visible at first glance, tidy and safe! Watch:
The easiest way, and the one that will save you the most space, is still the box. A box of the material you want , or even a wicker basket .
All you need to do is place all your flat shoes inside, making sure they are not twisted , and rather points outwards.
If you store them well, this method won't cause you to lose as much visibility as you might think.
And above all, it's a huge space saving , since you only need one box, even for a large number of shoes.
In addition, this container will protect them from light and dust which end up damaging the materials.
Heels are probably the ones that used to clutter up my closet the most, because they take up more space than the others. And meanwhile, I had an empty wall just waiting to be filled!
So I applied this easy DIY storage hack .
It consists of putting rods and putting your shoes on them.
And now everything is visible, I can walk around my room! And it even works for scarves.
We are now left with the problem of flat shoes, which do not fit on these rods.
Well, I found a solution too!
All you need is the soul of a (tiny) handyman, and a few metal hangers to sacrifice .
