Burning a table with a cigarette can happen to anyone.
The problem is that we only see that on your furniture.
Not only does the cigarette leave a burn but it also leaves a mark, because of the nicotine and tar.
Fortunately, there are 3 tricks to remove a cigarette mark on a piece of furniture. Here's how:
Take a rag and soak it in baking soda. Rub the stain left by the cigarette. The mark will not disappear completely but it will be much less visible.
Marseille soap has a thousand virtues! It can also fade a cigarette mark on furniture. Without wetting it, rub the stain. Then leave it on for a whole day. Finally rinse it thoroughly. And dry.
Wood ash is a great natural stain remover. Mix it with a fatty substance, a little olive oil for example. Rub with this mixture. Remove it with a rag. Then rinse. You can also try with cigarette ash.
Lo and behold, the cigarette mark is now gone :-)
