When it comes to storing them, everyone finds that has too many shoes.
I'll show you how to make a DIY shoe cabinet yourself and in no time at all.
No more shoes lying around!
Creativity is the key word for occupants of small spaces, this is the observation that I made to myself while trying to solve the problem storage of my shoes, here is the solution that I gleaned for us from the net.
This is what we will use to accommodate our too many pairs of shoes.Economical and solid , any bottle carton will do for the trick. The only condition, which is most often met by wine boxes:they must be fitted with spacers in cardboard that allow you to insert the bottles inside without them breaking.
Bars and restaurants are delivered in wine on a weekly basis, remember to go to your favorite merchant who will be happy to get rid of it . The same goes for the grocer around the corner or the convenience store next to you.
For the shy, it is also possible to order on specialized sites (from €1.43 each).
Lovers of semi-high shoes will obviously have to look for their happiness in the section of boxes for Magnum of wine or champagne.
It's more about decoration than manufacturing or do-it-yourself. Once the cardboard has been acquired, everyone is free to decorate it according to the more or less privileged and/or decorative location it will occupy.
Several solutions:
- Painting: we will prefer aerosol paint (from €6.00/250ml on Leroy Merlin) taking care to spray it at a good thirty centimeters , spacing out the time between coats so that the cardboard soaks as little as possible.
- Bonding: with vinyl glue that I spread with a brush, I cover and redecorate the cardboard with wallpaper, gift or newspaper by proceeding in the same way as here (see link).
The most creative among us will, I'm sure, create some masterpieces.
