As soon as it rains, it means time for us to break out boots, ankle boots, leather shoes, and above all, suede shoes.
But while paddling in the rain, we often get nasty stains on our beautiful boots!
And since, as the saying goes, we won't find a thread until April, learn now how to clean those rain stains from your suede shoes.
It's not expensive, it's easy and effective:nails and an eraser!
Contents
1. Scratch the stain with your fingernail. It must be done gently, without pressing too hard, and without trying to completely remove the stain. Otherwise you will damage your suede.
This first step is simply to remove the "hard" part of the stain, which will be difficult to remove with the eraser.
2. Take your eraser and just start erasing the stain . Any eraser will do, it just has to be a pencil eraser (especially not in ink!).
Again, not too strong so as not to damage the suede. If possible in small steps. Depending on the size of the stain, it takes between 2 and 6 seconds!
And There you go ! No more stains, you can put your nice shoes back on and go dancing in the rain :-)
Bonus:it works the exact same way for paint stains!
