Then insert the modified hanger into the mouth of the toilet. Then twist tightly in circles while making back and forth movements . When you've cleared the clog, it should flush away.
If all the water and toilet debris doesn't go away, try wiggling the coat hanger in the toilet hole again. You don't always get there the first time. Once the operation is successful, you will be left with clear, debris-free water. So relieved? :-)
