For the material, you need colored varnish and one or more markers. In the photo, red, pink and black varnishes were used as well as a black marker.
Afterwards, it's your creativity and your drawing talent that will make the difference. But don't panic, if you messed up your decoration, a coat of nail polish remover will allow you to start from scratch.
