Has condensation formed in your fridge?
And it trickles along the walls?
I show you here how to get rid of it and especially to avoid it.
Because this water in the fridge is not good for its operation.
Nor for the hygiene of the food you eat afterwards!
My fridge fitter gave me these easy tips.
Here are 8 quick solutions to stop fogging inside the fridge. Watch:

The cause is often a temperature difference.
When warm air from outside comes into contact with cold air...
...this causes condensation!
It is this condensation that eventually turns into water droplets.
Whether your fridge is classic, ventilated or American, you must absolutely avoid the formation of fog in the appliance.
Condensation can settle along the walls.
But if there are a lot of them, a puddle can form at the bottom of the fridge under the vegetable drawer.
The first thing to do is to wipe off this water with a clean, dry cloth.
Remove the crisper and blot to dry the area .
Take the opportunity to dry the walls too.
Why?
Because frost may appear.
And this frost increases electricity consumption...it is therefore very important to remove it.
Do you know what that little hole at the bottom of the fridge is for?
Well, simply to evacuate the condensed water.
The problem is that it is often clogged with external dirt.
Worse, it is downright moldy at times.
To unclog it simply, here is a little effective trick.
Condensation forms due to temperature variations.
It is therefore a good idea to check whether the door is still properly sealed.
To do this, look at the seal and wipe it to remove any stuck dirt.
Use this trick to check the fridge for leaks.
And if the seal is no longer good, know that you can easily change it.
You can find a brand new one here.
It is recommended to regularly maintain your ventilated fridge, and in particular to defrost it twice a year.
To do this, empty the appliance completely and clean it with a little water and baking soda.
Find all the steps here.
When preparing a recipe, take out all your food at once.
You must above all avoid opening and closing the door several times in a row .
Why?
Because it favors the entry of hot air inside the device.
And who says hot air inlet, says formation of condensation.
Also remember to close the fridge door quickly.
You may be tempted to put leftover hot dishes directly in the fridge to cool them faster.
But that's a mistake!
Because, here again, hot air is introduced into the enclosure of the fridge.
And so we amplify the fog inside.

When you store your groceries in the fridge, avoid putting the food against the walls, especially the back.
It is this wall that produces the cold.
And a simple contact forces the production of cold ...so much so that the food can end up completely frozen.
As it thaws, it produces water.
A real vicious circle.
In order not to increase the formation of fog in the fridge, avoid putting wet food or packaging in it.
To do this, pass a dry cloth over everything that fits in the refrigerator to remove the moisture.
And put a lid on the carafe of water that cools in the fridge!
