Have you ever thought about washing the walls of the house?
It doesn't seem like that, but the walls also get dirty!
And not a little in fact! Even dust manages to cling to it...
The problem is that washing the walls is super tiring if you don't know the right technique.
It can easily take hours to do all the walls, because you have to get out a ladder and stay balanced...
Fortunately, I found a great trick to easily clean walls in no time, even if you have a vaulted ceiling!
All you need is a swivel head microfiber mop and some warm water with soap . Watch:
Contents
- microfiber broom with pivoting head
- spray bottle
- dishwashing liquid
- hot water
1. First remove the dust on the walls by passing the dry microfiber mop without wetting it from top to bottom.
2. Once the dust has been removed, clean your microfiber cloth well.
3. Now fill the spray bottle with hot water.
4. Add a drop or two of washing up liquid to the spray.
5. Shake the bottle to mix well.
6. Spray some of the mixture directly on the wall or on the microfiber cloth.
7. Pass the broom directly on the wall in movements from left to right starting from the top.
8. Repeat the same method for each wall in the room.
And there you have it, you have cleaned all the walls in the house easily and effortlessly :-)
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
It's still better than risking falling off the top of your ladder!
And in addition, you save a lot of time (several hours easily).
Thanks to this technique, no more cracked walls full of dust and stains!
You won't recognize your house, the difference is so visible. In addition, you will gain in brightness throughout the house.
- If your walls are full of dust, it is important to remove first dust dry before cleaning your walls. If you don't, you will leave black marks on the walls.
- For the stains on the walls to leave well, remember to press the broom well when you pass it on the walls.
- I discovered this method when I had to clean all the walls of our house before selling it. But now I use this trick every 6 months to wash the walls of our new house.
