To soften the laundry and prevent pilling from appearing, add 250 ml of white vinegar to the rinse tray.
To remove odors from stinky clothes, add 250 ml of white vinegar to each wash. Not sure where to put the white vinegar in the washing machine? Simply in the wash tub.
To remove a stubborn stain, mix 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 3 tablespoons of liquid detergent and 1 liter of hot water.
Soak and scrub the stain with this mixture, then machine wash as usual.
To prevent discoloration of a fabric, add 250 ml of white vinegar to the wash tub. This is the amount of white vinegar to put in the washing machine to prevent colored clothes from bleeding.

Once the fibers are relaxed, stretch the sweater back to the desired size, then let it air dry.
