To soften the laundry and prevent pilling from appearing, add 250 ml of white vinegar to the rinse tray.
To remove odors from stinky clothes, add 250 ml of white vinegar to each wash. Not sure where to put the white vinegar in the washing machine? Simply in the wash tub.
To remove a stubborn stain, mix 3 tablespoons of white vinegar, 3 tablespoons of liquid detergent and 1 liter of hot water.
Soak and scrub the stain with this mixture, then machine wash as usual.
To prevent discoloration of a fabric, add 250 ml of white vinegar to the wash tub. This is the amount of white vinegar to put in the washing machine to prevent colored clothes from bleeding.
To fix the colors of a new garment, soak it in a bath of white vinegar for 10 minutes before putting it in the washing machine.
To revive the white of a garment that has gone gray over time, boil a mixture of 250 ml of white vinegar with 1 liter of water. Remove from the heat and soak the white clothes in it overnight. Then machine wash as usual.
Soak the sweater in vinegar water (1 vol. of vinegar for 2 vol. of water), for 25 min.
Once the fibers are relaxed, stretch the sweater back to the desired size, then let it air dry.
