Is your barbecue burning too much?
Barbecues are great except when the flames are too strong!
There, it's downright scary... and it's really dangerous for both you and your guests.
Fortunately, there is a super effective trick to reduce barbecue flames instantly.
The trick is to spray a mixture of baking soda and water directly on the barbecue . Watch:

1. Pour 50 cl of water into a spray.
2. Add a tablespoon of baking soda.
3. Keep a safe distance.
4. Douse the flames liberally with this mixture.
There you go, no more big flames coming out of the barbecue :-)
No more risk of burning yourself or your guests!
The flames are now perfectly under control.
They are neither too strong nor too high:just enough to grill sausages without burning them!
It's still less dangerous that way, isn't it?
Remember to always keep a spray with this mixture near your bbq to put out the flames just in case.
And if you're making a fondue, you can use the same trick to lower the flames.
When it comes into contact with heat, baking soda releases carbon dioxide which deprives the flames of oxygen.
The direct consequence is that the flames diminish, without going out.
Easy, fast and efficient, right?
