1. Pour a cup of white vinegar in a container.
2. Add two tablespoons of sugar.
3. Spread this mixture on the still hot drip pan.
4. Leave on for an hour.
5. Use an abrasive sponge to loosen the grease.
6. Rinse your plate and let it dry.
There you go, your drip pan is now perfectly clean :-)
No more encrusted fat that cannot be removed!
