How to make lemon bars

Ingredients:

1 cup butter, softened

get off board

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 cups of flour

2 cups of sugar

1/4 cup of flour

4 beaten eggs

6 tablespoons lemon juice

powdered sugar

Directions:

Combine butter, salt, 1/2 cup powdered sugar, and flour.

Mix well. Press mixture into 9" x 13" pan. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes.

Combine sugar and remaining flour. Mix the eggs and lemon juice..

Pour into slightly cooled crust. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

Cool then sprinkle with powdered sugar.
