Whether you've decided to wait until the birth to find out the sex of your child, or you prefer a gender-neutral room for your baby, gender-neutral decorations are increasingly popular among young parents. The reason ? A noticeable evolution of our society on gender issues, as well as a general fed up with "girl things" and "boy things".
So, if we don't want to bother with gendered details (and in fact, don't bother our offspring with these frills...) we definitely opt for a gender-neutral bedroom. Contrary to what one might think, we do not say exit in pink and blue colors. The whole thing is to adopt these colors without making a philosophy out of them! "Pink for girls" and "blue for boys", we forget:in addition to being totally wrong, it is frankly has-been.
