There is a super easy trick to determine if your baking soda has not expired.
Just pour a little white vinegar on it to find out if it is still effective. Watch:
1. Take a pinch of baking soda.
2. Place it in a small cup.
3. Pour a few drops of white vinegar on it.
4. If your baking soda reacts by making foam or bubbles, it is still effective.
There you go, you now know if your baking soda is expired or not :-)
If your baking soda does not foam, it is no longer good.

Me too ! I use large amounts of it every day. It is a real miracle product and so economical.
Its only flaw is that you cannot reuse baking soda that has already been used.

On the other hand, you cannot recover the used bicarbonate, even if it has not been used much.
Why ? Because baking soda captures bad odors and grime, thanks to its powerful absorbency. It therefore becomes "dirty".
