Here's how to use it:
1. Get yourself a Spanish broom.
2. Cover the broom head with a plastic bag.
3. Tape the bag securely to the broom handle so that it does not come off during the operation.
4. Place the broom head in the bowl.
5. Move back and forth as if using a suction cup.
There you go, you've unblocked your toilet, while making serious savings :-)
