1. Fill the glass bottle with white vinegar almost to the top.
2. Cut an already opened lilac flower .
3. Immerse it entirely in the bottle.
4. Close hermetically.
5. Leave to macerate at least 10 days stirring occasionally.
6. Transfer the vinegar by filtering it into its original bottle.
