Yellow underarm stains are hard to get rid of.
Especially on white clothes...
...because these halos of perspiration become embedded in the fibres.
Fortunately, my grandmother revealed to me her secret to easily remove these yellow spots.
The trick is to use vinegar and lemon to remove them quickly. Watch:
Contents
1. Mix 1 part white vinegar and 1 part lemon juice.
2. Pour the mixture into a basin.
3. Soak your garment in it overnight.
4. The next day, machine wash your garment as usual.
There you go, the yellow sweat stains on your clothes are gone :-)
No more unsightly yellow marks! It's clean now.
You now know how to remove traces and halos under the armpits. You don't even need Scarlet Water!
And it works just as well on white or black clothes.
You can of course clean a yellow stain from a white shirt with this grandma's trick.
It's perfect for whitening a yellowed shirt due to perspiration, loosening a shirt collar and eliminating black, brown or brown marks under the armpits.
Sweat stains, deodorant stains under the arms...
Nothing can resist the acidity of lemon and vinegar!
The less you wait to remove stains, the more effective this trick is.
If the stain is old and encrusted for a long time, I recommend this even more powerful trick with baking soda.
To prevent yellow stains from gradually becoming embedded in clothing, the best thing is still to play the prevention.
To do this, before putting your t-shirts and shirts in the washing machine, rub with a sponge soaked in vinegar water under the armpits.
This will unclog the halos of perspiration and thus prevent stains from appearing.
