The trick is to spray white vinegar on it and wipe with a microfiber cloth. Watch:
1. Put white vinegar in a clean spray.
2. When the shower glass is dry, spray the vinegar on it.
3. Wipe with a microfiber cloth.

Do not use a scouring pad on the shower glass. You risk scratching them.
