You know, the huge black mark we make on paper when we just wanted to erase this little line?
It's not pretty at all...at all. All because of a dirty eraser!
However, it is very simple to clean your eraser! Even when you have nothing on hand. Or just the pants we wear!
So here's my super-simple and super-quick trick to cleaning a dirty eraser.
1. Rub the dirty spots of your gum on your jeans.
2. Repeat with all dirty sides of the eraser until there is no more black residue.
There you go, your eraser is now all clean :-)
Simple, practical and effective! You don't even need bread crumbs.
Your eraser is again all clean as if it were new. It saves you from buying it. And it's always a little extra saving!
Why does it work? To be honest, I don't know. But it works great!
You can use denim pants but it can also be a denim jacket, or anything else, in jeans.
Believe someone who drew a lot, a lot during philosophy class... And it doesn't even leave traces on the jeans!
It also works with any pants, as long as they are not fabric. But for some, it can leave marks, so I really recommend jeans, it's safer.
Personally, I really like this technique which works better than cleaning your eraser with water, and which allows you not to dirty a sheet unnecessarily.
And once your eraser is clean, you can even use it to clean your shoes.
