Baking soda is the No. 1 household budget item.
Today, I suggest you replace commercial mouthwashes with a bicarbonate-based preparation...
Not only do you keep your mouth fresh and healthy, but you also save money!
This natural grandmother's recipe is easy to make. Watch:
Contents
- 1 teaspoon of baking soda
- 1 glass of water
1. Mix a teaspoon of bicarbonate in half a cup of water.
2. Gargle with the mixture obtained.
3. Rinse with cold water.
There you go, your mouth is now perfectly healthy and fresh :-)
It is advisable to make a mouthwash at least once a day and preferably at bedtime. Of course, we gargle after brushing our teeth.
This white powder has many virtues. Bicarbonate fights and protects the mouth from canker sores and other infectious oral discomforts. It limits the formation of dental plaque. It contributes to the whitening of the enamel and fights bad breath.
Thus, I have healthy and white teeth, fresh breath and I can eat what I want without fear of canker sores.
Bicarbonate costs €3 per kg. A Listerine-type mouthwash €3.82.
As I do at least once a day, a bottle lasts about 1 month. This represents an expense of €45 per year!
With 1 kg of bicarbonate, I have enough to make my mouthwashes for more than a year and I have some left over for other uses!
