The dryer in winter is very practical for drying his laundry.
Especially in small apartments!
But a tumble dryer is a drain on electricity and therefore on money.
Fortunately, there are a few ways to optimize the use of the dryer and consume less electricity.
By using a few simple tricks, one can use the dryer without spending too much. Watch:
1. To optimize drying, put well wrung laundry in your dryer.
2. Do not overload it too much, because the hot air must be able to circulate well inside.
3. Also avoid leaving it running for too long, as this wastes energy and could damage your synthetic clothing.
4. Remember to clean the filter regularly, which will promote air/resistance heat exchange.
5. Run it during off-peak EDF hours.

Of course, the best and cheapest way to dry your laundry is to air dry it.
And of course, this is not always possible, especially in winter when it is cold and often rains.
Personally, as soon as I see that the weather is going to be nice for a few days, I make a machine :-)
Otherwise you can go back to the good old drying racks that you place in front of the radiators.
