The trick is to replace a third of the soil in the pot with polystyrene chips . Look, it's quite simple:

- polystyrene chips
- compost
1. Take the empty flowerpot.
2. Fill the bottom with polystyrene chips.
3. Put up to a third of the flowerpot.
4. Add potting soil on top.
5. Plant your flowers as usual.
And There you go ! Your big flowerpot is now much easier to move around :-)
